I primarily accept payment by bank transfer. Once the details of your project are agreed upon, you will receive an invoice by email with the relevant bank details included. If you'd prefer to pay by another method, please get in touch and I'll see what I can do for you. Jim @ Planet53

In most cases, I am able to complete a first draft website design within 5-10 days of payment. While discussing your website project, I will provide you with a more personalised estimate for your website completion timescale based on my current availability. After your first draft is provided, I will then await your feedback. If you require any major changes making to your overall design, these could take another couple of days after you've requested them.

This is one of the most common questions I'm asked by people considering my service. What they're usually really asking is, who truly owns the website? The designer or the client? So let me put your mind at ease... The website I design for you is 100% yours. You own it. It's yours to do with whatever you wish. So while it is of course my hope that, as with the majority of my clients, you will see the value in my service and continue to renew year after year.

If you're never owned a website before, you can be forgiven for not knowing about website hosting. If you think of your website as a property, then hosting is the land on which your property is built. Every website on the internet requires some form of hosting in order to be publicly accessible to other people. Your hosting cost is essentially the rental cost of claiming your little bit of server space on the internet.
